When users click on a hyperlink in the Articulate Online course, the pop-up blocker prevents the new window from opening. Then, when users allow the pop-up, the presentation automatically restarts at slide 1 and the other window does not open.
Does anyone have a solution for this? Besides forewarning students to turn-off their pop-up blocker to take the course? Thanks, Jen |

JenForrest,
Due to the overwhelming endless number of system configurations, the best workaround is as noted. Warn users to turn off popup blockers ahead of time.
