Clicking Manage Button after Upload

It has been my experience over the last few days that after the upload to AOLine is done and the Publish dialog displays the Manage button, that I better wait at least another 2 minutes before clicking the button. Otherwise the browser just hangs waiting for the site to respond.

I have the same experience when I am logged into the Portal as an admin. I need to wait at least the two minutes after I refresh the screen and see my newly installed content

Not sure if you can do anything to make the response quicker or this is just a fact of life while the content is being configured that I have to be patient with
