Friends,
I'm thinking about the proper procedure to follow to update installed courses. What happens if someone is in a course when an update is posted to it. Is there a need or a way to lock learners out when a site is undergoing maintenance? Thanks |

There isn't a way to do that, though I've never heard of an issue with that scenario.

Thanks for responding,
My site is up 24/7 and is accessed by learners in multiple time zones around the globe. What will a learner experience if he is in the middle of a presentation when I upload an update to it? |

Since Articulate does not download the entire course, and only has the current slide (and the next two in memory), I can imagine possible issues if you update the course and add or subtract slides . . . but am just not sure either . . . though I also have never heard of any (knock on wood).
