Default Resetting Reports

I have been testing a lot of content, and am now ready to release to full group. How do I set my reports / views back to 0?

You could run a report over a time report that excludes those attempts. You could delete the content and re-upload it but you can't delete data from Articulate Online.

Thanks Justin. I guess my best option is once I have it tested and how I want it. I delete the presentation from Articulate On-Line, and then Re-Publish, so it will seem to be a new module with no views, right?

Exclamation Re: Resetting Reports

I'm in the process of setting up an AOL site too. My experience with the "management console" is a bit disappointing. I too have been testing my modules

I have 8 large modules It takes me 10 - 15 minutes each to upload them (cable modem). If I notice a small edit fix to a single slide (ala woops I forgot to set the "level" for the slide I added) I have to deploy all over again. There is no way to do an incremental fix

There is no way to change a title or description once deployed - so if I slip in a typo - I have to redeploy - This feels to me like road work chain gang type punishment for pushing the wrong button.

Now that I look at the console from a user perspective - Presentations are listed in alphabetic order (there is no way to change this either). So now I have to put numbers in front of my titles to get them in the correct sequence. There should be a way of controlling the menu order of items that learners see

I too will have to monitor stats for learners. Thinking now that there is no way to reset usage without redeploying (a 2 hour task for me) is another issue to deal with. Thinking that it will take 2 hours to reset counters gives me a headache

You can double click a title in Articulate Online to update it. You can also use Tags to organize your content:
