I am having a problem generating accurate progress reports for some learners who have completed a training course. While the majority of the learners are able to complete the course and have their completion reflected on the online report, some are not properly reporting the completion. I’ve had a few re-entered the course to begin at the slide they left off on to allow the last slide to completely run until the progress bar indicates “presentation complete” to ensure the completion of the course. Those same learners are still reporting as “incomplete” with only a portion of the presentation slides reporting as “viewed slides”. I have completed the course on my computer without an issue, so I am not sure what the problem could be.
Can the cause of the inaccurate report stem from re-entering the course at a later date? Please help. Simsk |

Hi Simsk,
If you haven't done so already, can you submit a case to Articulate Support and we'll examine this issue more closely. Best regards
