Lightbulb Answer Breakdown Report


Greetings Articulate folks and community.

There is a bit of an issue when running the Answer Breakdown report that I do not understand and hopefully someone will be able to help me out.

Summary:
The answer breakdown report should format the questions on the page the same way the questions are formatted in the actual quiz


Specific Issues.

Issue 1:

The biggest issue is when we run the report, the answers are not in the same order as they are in the actual quiz.

The quiz is not set up to randomize the answers.

Business reason we need this to be other wise:

We do a hybrid online/ in person course. At the end of the first day of the course the participants take an online exam for homework. When they arrive the next day, the best and easiest way to review the sample exam is to pull up the Answer Breakdown Report and go through the questions as a group. It would be much easier and more professional looking if the answers on the report were in the same order as the actual exam.

Issue 2:

When exporting the exam to .PDF the right side of the report gets cut off and does not look the same as the report does online.

I am sure this is a screen-res to paper-form conversion issue.

Issue 3
The formatting is lost on the questions of the report which contributes to why issue 2 happens.

Our questions can be rather involved and look like this:

Which of the following statements about the Service Desk are CORRECT?
1. The Service Desk is a function that provides a means of communication between IT and its users for all operational issues
2. The Service Desk is always the owner of the Incident Management process

a. 2 only
b. 1 only
c. Both of the above
d. Neither of the above


If the report kept the question formatting issue 2 would cease to exist instead it looks like this:

1. Which of the following statements about the Service Desk are CORRECT? 1. The Service Desk is a function that provides a means of communication between IT and its users for all operational issues 2. The Service Desk is always the owner of the Incident Management process
In closing we are very, VERY pleased with the Articulate products and they have been very beneficial to our business.

we put all Breakdown Reports in proper channel and we do a hybrid online/ in person course.
At the end of the course the participants take an online exam for homework.
Answer Breakdown Report and go through the questions as a group.Same as all the Online poll website lists like, Fun Quizzes and Quizzes.
