Hello,
I am new to Articulate, but not to flash-based programs. The Bookmark message asks if you want to start where you left off. When you say yes, it starts at the beginning and the Outline disappears. The Thumbnails remain. I have published into the LMS into Moodle. I am working with a client that wants answers yesterday. The Bookmarking feature is important to them. Thank you. |

One of my clients is intermittently experiencing the same -- or similar -- problem when testing in their LMS. Was there ever a resolution to this issue?

Hi Django,
Would you mind checking a setting for me? Go into your presentation in PowerPoint, click on Player Templates, and make sure your Player Template is selected in the drop down box. Select the Player Controls tab and tell me if the following are checkmarked: Prompt to resume on presentation restart When running in LMS, ignore Flash cookie If you have "When running in LMS, ignore Flash cookie" un-checked, then this is likely the cause of the issue. Leaving this unchecked will create a Flash cookie on the end-user's machine that will likely conflict with the LMS's suspend data.

Has there been a solution to this problem posted? I am experiencing the problem with some current courses and can not find the source. Book marking is happening sporadically and the outline tab is not populating when you re-enter the course.

Thanks for the quick reply. If I follow the directions of the article and change the quiz to one try, then won't I lose the Retry Quiz button? Are there any plans to fix the problem so I can have unlimited tries without having a negative impact on the book marking?
