If I leave a single slide idle for too long and then complete the presentation. The score Tracks but nothing else. So when I run the report it says Slides viewed 0/22 Time: --
In order to even see the report I need to run it at 0% viewed. Is there some sort of code that can stop the tracking cookie from Timeing Out or even extend it to more than an hour? |

I believe that there would have to be a cookie that tracks that. However, I dug through several of the Articulate-produced files & couldn't find anything in regards to session or cookie creation. This might mean that Articulate is creating the cookies via Actionscript in one of the produced .swf files. If this is the case, then there's really nothing you can do.
Do you have access to any of your server settings? If you do, you might try overriding the cookie / session timeout setting like this: IBM - HTTP Session time-out settings and overwrite precedence rules Although not completely related, this might help you get pointed in the right direction: How To Make Application and Directory-Specific Configuration Settings in an ASP.NET Application
