SetPermission API request unsuccessful

We are trying to utilize the SetPermission API and it is not granting permission to the particular user account we are using. According to your example at http://smithbucklin.articulateglobal...=SetPermission we need to set the following:

<AccountID>string</AccountID>
<Permission>string</Permission>
<Value>None or Inherit or Allow or Deny</Value>
<ObjectType>string</ObjectType>
<ObjectID>string</ObjectID>

We are unsure of <ObjectType> value. Would this be "Rich Text" for the workspace home and "Course" for an Articulate Presentation file?

For the <ObjectID> we are using the "WorkspaceID" for access to the "Workspace Home" and the "WebPartID" for access to a course inside a Workspace Category.

Are we using this correctly?
