Hi...
I am having some trouble getting a Breeze presentation to work in my Engage Process Interaction. I have tried a number of the .swf files and I cannot get the presentation to play when I publish. Couldn't find info in help. Anyone have any tips on how I embed a Breeze presentation into the multimedia section of an engage interaction. Most appreciated........julie |

Most likely the breeze swf calls out to other content. If you insert the main swf into engage and publish, you need to go into the engage folder and look for that swf you inserted. Then you need to add the breeze contents to that swf in the same folder structure from where it came.

Not knowing how the breeze structure is set up, it's hard to provide specifics. Essentially, Sam is correct.
When you insert the .swf, most likely the Breeze .swf actually needs to pull information from other files. So after you publish the Engage file, you need to go into the published folder and look for the inserted Breeze .swf. Take the content from the Breeze folder and place it in the same relative location with the inserted swf in the Engage folder. Dave's blog post on inserting Engage inside Engage offers the same concept. How To Embed Engage Within Engage |

We can load and view the Breeze files in Articulate, without any challenge. However, when we add them into Engage, by trying to follow the insturctions above, we are running into a problem. When we try to upload the main swf file, there are a number of swf files attached to the published Breeze??? We have tried a variety of the swf files, but they do not seem to play. Should we be seeing one specific swf file that we need to upload? How can we identify it? |
