Hello,
I have some .FLV videos in my .SWF that I use in Engage. The problem is the source path for the .FLV when uploading it to the LMS. I have tried to copy the .FLV in the \data\swf folder. unfortunately the video will not work. Best regards Rob |

Hello Rob,
Is there any reason why you are not importing the FLVs directly into Engage? If the SWF is a skin for a Camtasia or Captivate FLV movie for example, then where you place that FLV does depend what it is you are importing. For Captivate, placing the FLV in the location you mention should work, but for Camtasia, it goes elsewhere. In this example Embedding Camtasia in Engage in Presenter you'll see that an FLV movie was embedded in a SWF that was placed in Engage and then in Presenter. The FLV movie had to go in the player folder of the Presenter published files. If this is standalone Engage, I would therefore experiment by placing the FLV file at the root level of Engage (at the same level as engage.swf) and see if that gets picked up. Regards
