New to Engage!
I am new to Engage, therefore I am not sure if my problem is Engage or a Presenter problem. I am going to post in both forum for help. When I go the Engage Glossary Interaction and add in all my details and preview the interaction is good. However when I save, publish to presenter and it is added into my ppt a dialog box comes up on the silde and I can't delete it. Does anyone know how I can get it off?

Hello Anna, and welcome to the forums!
Quick question about the dialog box: When you publish your presentation is the unwanted dialog box still visible, or does it go away? If it is still there after publish, is there any way you could post a screenshot?

Anna, if I am understanding you, it sounds like you are referring to the placeholder that Engage puts in the PPT for the Interaction. As Brian suggested - publish your course and see if the engage works.
