SWF displaying as Black or Blank Screen in Presenter & Audio issue
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi, Thanks in advance for your help. 3 questions. I am importing swf files into the Media template of Engage for later publication into Presenter 5.2 When I publish the content, on the initial view the swf file displays as a completely black or blank screen. If I click forward one slide n then click back again, the swf file displays properly. 1. How can I get the swf files to display properly when the slide is initially displayed? I perform screen captures with Camtasia that includes audio and these files are exported from Camtasia with audio in a swf format. When I import these files into the Media template of Engage for publishing in Presenter, the audio starts over at the end instead of the slide instead of allowing the user to click to the next slide. Also, the user is not allowed to stop the audio with the pause button. (By the way, I set the slide advance option to "By User.") 2. How can I have the audio pause enabled as well as prevent the slide from repeating the audio at the end? By the way, using Camtasia Studio 5.02, Power Point 2007, and latest version of Presenter. Cheers ! |
