Engage Sound Files Corrupted

Hi,

Upon unzipping a course published for LMS, the user received an error message that the sound files were missing - these are the 5 sound files in Engage. I published 12 courses and this happened in 3 of them. The files were present. Is this a known problem?

I would like to take a closer look at the project to see what we can find out.

I did not have an issue with these files.
I unzipped and ran the project fine without any missing audio files.
(Nice work by the way. I like how you used Engage to "teach" the learner the player controls.)
Can you send me a screen shot of the error message that you get? Maybe that will give me some clues.

Thanks! The screen shot is attached. The whole thing is kind of a page turner, but that's what the client wanted

Strange that you would get this error message and I don't.
Can you check and see if that audio file is read only on your system beofre you zip it all up.

I didn't get the message - someone who was downloading to review received it. I did check a lot of instances (in other courses as well) of those sound files and they are all read only.
