Thanks for the kind words (of defense), Rob.
![]() KevinJ- I'm sorry you feel that way, and hopefully we can work to change your impression of Articulate software and support. We do work very hard from both a development and support standpoint to produce top-notch products and provide quality service. And thank you, Dave, for outlining where we stand on this issue. I would echo Dave's comments that we are very much aware of this and are doing what we can to fix this issue.

Hi Rhonda-
We should have a fix for this in our Vista-compatible releases of Presenter & Engage, which will soon be ready for beta. If you haven't already signed up for the beta, it's not too late to do so. Just drop me a line.

Wait a minute! I had to get rid of Vista because nothing would work. I am using XP and don't want to reinstall Vista. I've had to change my entire OS just to get work done with your product Gabe.
Will this beta fix it in XP as well? Rhonda |

The Vista-compatible releases will also support XP, yes.

I have been experiencing this issue for a while. Every so often the "Properties..." and "Edit in Engage" buttons seem to act as basic PowerPoint shapes, instead of buttons to open Properties or Engage. I seem to have narrowed it down to happening right after having Published my presentations. Closing PowerPoing and re-opening re-activates the buttons. But thanks to this forum I will now try the three step process: 1. Open Engage 2. Open PowerPoint 3. Open Presentation. Hopefully this will help me avoid closing and opening PowerPoint 20 times a day.
