When I make a hyperlink in Engage to an internal/intranet drive, the links have an issue in the fact that they insert the '%' sign into the link address causing the link not to pop up? Is there anyway to correct this?

I had this problem as well - the best way we found to fix it was to ensure that the files have NO spaces whatsoever in them. This deletes the %20% problem and the links work fine then. e.g., instead of filename 071509 final.html it would be filename071509final.html
No spaces, no underscores in the filename itself. This resolved the problem for me. |
