Engage SDK Won't Install Extension
Hello all,
I've been trying in vain over the course of a few months now to install with EngageSDK_1_3 extension. I keep getting this error: This extension cannot be installed. It needs flash 8 or higher. I have the flash 8 player on my machine - i even double checked with IT here. Help! |

I apologize for the confusion. What version of Adobe Flash do you have installed (the authoring tool)? Is is CS2, CS3, CS4, or other?

Adobe Macromedia Flash MX 2004 (Adobe Flash CS3 or higher recommended) is required to use the Engage SDK.
