Hello :
Sometimes Captivate 4 swf files that I have inserted into Articulate presenter appear with the red screen of death. Has anyone else seen this? Any permanent solutions? |

Hi Alex,
Can you post a screen shot of the issue?

Brian:
Thanks for getting back to me. I have discovered that it is a common issue with Adobe Captivate. There is no fix but it is possible to workaround the issue by rebooting the pc (or otherwise freeing up resources.). It can also be addressed by updating the version of the flash player. Thanks and Regards Alex ![]() |
