**Also all that is inside the Flash Player folder is:
AssetCache>N3CXHCW9>[empty]
Shockwave Player 11 folder is also empty.

I am in the correct file structure, yes?

Melanie,

Thank you for posting the screenshot along with the list of folders. The folder you need to locate is the following:

C:\Documents and Settings\pcsetup\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\Flash CS4\en\Configuration\HelpPanel\Help

The folder path listed in the screenshot skips the 'Local Settings' folder above. You can copy and paste the folder path above directly into Windows Explorer to get to the Help folder.
