We developed a workaround/fix for the issue where status was being reset when resuming to the results slide in SCORM 2004.
You guys want to give it a shot?
Here is what you need to do:
1.
Download this file
2. Unzip it to the following locations:
C:\Program Files\Articulate\Presenter\players\template_scorm 2004
C:\Program Files\Articulate\Presenter\players\template_scorm 2004 3rd
C:\Program Files\Articulate\Articulate Quizmaker\content\scorm_2004
C:\Program Files\Articulate\Articulate Quizmaker\content\scorm_2004 3rd
C:\Program Files\Articulate\Articulate Engage\content\scorm_2004
C:\Program Files\Articulate\Articulate Engage\content\scorm_2004 3rd
3. Republish your course
4. Upload it to your SCORM 2004 LMS
That should correct the problem.
Let me know if this doesn't work for you for some reason and we can look into it more. I'll be posting a KB about it shortly and make sure we add the change to the next update we do.
