We have had to add a special "articulate" setting in our LMS to forbid SCO resumption and have had to document to all our users that Articulate is failing industry standard Test harnesses.
Articulate support used to be pretty good. This long dialog where you can't be bothered to user test your own products reminds me more and more of Adobe support.
I would really appreciate it if you could answer my three questions.

I never said we can't be bothered. Not sure where that is coming from. Have you submitted a reproducible case for us to look at with the issues that you are experiencing? If not, let's start there. Thanks.
