I've just upgraded to presenter 9. I've inserted a large video (~40 min) as an flv and want to enable the player controls. The video was a demonstration of a web application captured from a smart board. For clarity I have the video opening in a new pop-up window.

I used Flash Video MX, by Moyea, to encode the flv file and set it to show the player controls. However when I insert the flv file and publish the presentation the player controls don't appear.

Any help would be appreciated.
