Hi Simone,
Obviously, your LMS should be recording the scores if you publish to the LMS direct from Quizmaker '09. I assume you are choosing the LMS option in the Publish dialog box and that you are choosing the correct SCORM or AICC version.
You might want to check for accents or illegal characters in the LMS settings. Those might be in the quiz title but not in the version published from Presenter. For example an accent like é or è might cause issues.
If that doesn't help, I would
submit a case and we'll see if we can reproduce the error.
