Hello all,
I'm having an issue with Presenter and PPT 2007.
The Articulate Presenter ribbon does not show up in PPT.
I have used the Add-in area to determine if the add in is disabled but it was not.
In the Manage COM Add-ins the ribbon.dll is showing as not loaded.
When I click in the selection box to add the ribbon it does not respond.
Also, I can't even locate the ribbon.dll file in C:\Program Files\Articulate\Presenter.

I'd appreciate any advise.
