A couple of reasons I see often that cause content not to track properly in the LMS are:
- Start page is not set correctly - In your LMS your start page shoud point to the "index_lms.html" file.
- Completion status was not set correctly for your LMS when publishing from QuizMaker - There are several completion statuses you can set when publishing content for the LMS, and different combinations seem to work with different LMSs. For example, we have to use "Passed / Failed" or our LMS will not record the results. On other LMSs this might need to be set to some other status.
