Default engage in engage to new computer issue

I realize the engage in engage feature is not supported by Articulate, but it is so handy I couldn't help myself.

I created 3 EinE interactions on a development computer, saved to CD, then played in new computer from the CD.

Now, I am having an issue with getting the 'element' engage interaction (the interaction inside the main interaction) to play. I get the loading clock-type thing for Flash, but it never completes loading.

So I saved the whole project on thumb drive and placed on desktop of new computer. Tried to play and got the same result.

I had this issue before on my development computer, and used the Flash 10 Updater to correct the issue. I have tried the uploader on the new computer but it finds 0 files to update.

Other flash files are working fine, just the element files in the container interaction are not playing.

The new computer runs Vista. I also went to the Adobe site after the prompt and clicked Always Allow, then re-started.

Thank you for any help you can provide.
