Below is a rough layout to give you an idea of our navigational structure. We have 7 modules(7 engage interaction files within presenter) with each engage file comprising of 10 - 15 slides. Two quizes for each module on slide 5 and at the end of the module.
Any suggestions, ideas or help greatly appreciated.

I can see why your trying to achieve this, however, I think your structure doesn't fit the tools you've got to make it with.
TBH, why not have a PPT slide at the end of each module which is a quizmaker quiz instead of trying to insert it within engage?

If you must keep the structure you've outlined above then I would mimmic it in powerpoint using buttons & hyperlinks that navigate to specific slides (/sections of the course). You will have to provide a button to get to the right place though, and then the whole thing becomes messy...
