Try this:

For a slide that contains a Camtasia movie change the view to No Sidebar view using the Slide Properties Manager. In Articulate -> Player Template Builder -> Other -> Browser Window Settings change Presentation Size to Lock at Optimal size. That should take care of the trailing effect.
