The 2 left arrow clicks are just to get the alignment exactly right in the published output -- we're perfectionists here
-- so you may not actually see any movement of the Flash movie placeholder in PowerPoint.
As for the FPS, you're right that the general rule of thumb is 30 FPS, but we just liked the results with 20 FPS better.
