Default Tip: Finding the x,y coordinates

A lot of times people want to know how to find the x,y coordinates for their inserted swf files. For instance, you insert the swf, but you want it at a certain spot. What are the coordinates for the spot?

Here's one way to do it, I'm sure there are better ways.
  • Insert a swf.
  • Right click on the swf and look at the properties. You'll see a control panel. The control panel has a number for top and left (see image 2).
  • If you drag the swf around the slide, you'll notice that the number changes. Thus, you can find where you want the top left corner of the swf to be by using those numbers.

I think this is good to know if you always want the swf to sit on a certain point.
