I had different requirement but this triggered the answer. In a SCORM package we needed to launch several Engage interactions. The problem was copying them into a single directory.

I've renamed each engage.swf to a unique name and then renamed the corresponding engage_content folder to uniquename_content.

I can then copy all the Engage interactions into the content\projects\res\library part of the SCORM package without the animations destroying eachothers resources!
