Articulate Support
Our award-winning support site is the hub for official product documentation, knowledge base articles, feature tutorials, and Community Forums.
If you can’t find it in the knowledge base (now featuring many articles with embedded Screenr tutorials!), it’s probably been discussed in the forums.
Prefer one-on-one email support? Let one of our highly-skilled customer support engineers help you out. We’re always available with 24×7 email support, and 24×5 live web chat support for our Platinum Membership Plan customers. Just submit a support case to get things rolling.
Of course, the support site and Community Forums are fully searchable from any page, too. Or, if you want, you can even create a bookmark for these search landing pages:
You can review the full Articulate Support Policy, too.
Articulate Training
When talking with potential customers, one of the first questions they often ask is about product training. We offer both in-person and web- based training offerings for all budgets:
- Custom On-Site Training: Our trainers come to you for a 1- or 2-day custom session (U.S., Canada, and Europe)
- Open Enrollment Classes: Offered in various locations across the U.S. & Canada (up to 4 classes available; varies by location)
- Custom Web-Based Training: Available in 1-hour sessions for up to 2 attendees, conducted via the web (anywhere in the world)
Screenr Tutorials & Social Media
Screenr is a free screencasting tool we launched last year that you can use to create video tutorials up to 5 minutes in length. You can then view those tutorials in your web browser, via YouTube, on your iPhone, or even in your Articulate courses (as a Web Object or as an embedded MP4 movie). You can use Screenr to create software simulations, and in lots of other creative ways.
Articulate staff and customers also use Screenr to create tutorials on how to get the most of your Articulate software. Together, we’ve created hundreds of useful Screenr tutorials.
So how do you find the one that answers your question?
Search Google using the site:screenr.com operator, throw in the word “Articulate” alongside the topic of choice, and you can find a tutorial on just about anything.
To get started, use this search, then add your desired search term(s). For example, if you’re interested in tutorials related to the Quizmaker drag and drop question type, just add Quizmaker drag and drop to the query.
Every Monday, Jeanette posts a community recap in the Community category of this blog, so that’s another great way to review the highlights of discussions and tutorials by the Articulate Community.
Or you can keep abreast by browsing the Community Tutorials category of this blog, which automatically pulls in new tutorials that are flagged by Articulate staff nearly every day:
- Articulate Presenter Community Tutorials
- Articulate Quizmaker Community Tutorials
- Articulate Engage Community Tutorials
- Articulate Online Community Tutorials
- PowerPoint Community Tutorials
- Multimedia Community Tutorials
Here’s a tutorial on the topic:
You can also follow us on Facebook and Twitter, and we’ll be sure to keep you updated on the latest news and tutorials.
Finally, back in October, Jeanette posted an article on 101 Rapid E-Learning Tutorials, so that’s another good place to browse available tutorials by category.
Happy learning, and we’ll see you in the community!

Do you have a version of presenter, Quiz maker and Engage for Mac , Snow Leopard OS? Thanks
