I joined a couple of our account managers last week in San Francisco for DevLearn 2005, sponsored by the eLearning Guild. I typically hit at least one industry conference per year; I find that it’s a great way to stay connected not just with the industry, but to talk directly with customers and prospects.

Time and again, my attendance at these events proves to be a rewarding experience since I get to show off our award-winning products, hear feedback directly from customers, and talk one-on-one with some of our biggest advocates. The message I hear is very clear: You love our products and the need they fill for you in rapidly creating effective and engaging e-learning courses, quizzes, and surveys.
