Meet Captain Smiley:

Captain Smiley is the official Articulate mascot and unofficial ruler of the universe.

Like Smiley? There are only three ways to get your very own Captain Smiley:

  1. Work for Articulate.
  2. Stop by the Articulate booth at Training Fall.
  3. Submit (and have us select) your Articulate Presenter-published presentation to be featured in the Customer Spotlight section of this blog (be sure to publish your project files to zip before uploading, and note the purpose of your upload).

Captain Smiley wants you! Do you want him?

I am still new to Articulate (couple of months) so I don’t know how these compare to project others are doing, but we were very pleased. These look better than anything we have done in the past and took less time to put together.

Our sales presenation was very dry before, now it is “ENGAGE-ing.” (http://www.swbc.com/training/public/Files/execoverview3/player.html)

Our distance learning/webinar training was pretty dry. In fact, we rarely did them because we didn’t have anything in place to make it fun and encourage interaction. Now we have this: http://www.swbc.com/Training/public/files/GAPswbclive/player.html

Plus, we created reference manuals that allow participants to easily and quickly access the information they need! (http://www.swbc.com/Training/public/files/GAPrefguide/player.html).

So, I got my Captain Smiley at the Training 2009 Conference and I love him……I bought him home to Regina, Saskatchewan Canada. I had him in my purse, I was taking him with me everywhere.

Sadly, my 10 month old Papillon puppies found him in my purse. They shredded him – absolutely destroyed. So my question is, is there anyway I can get another Captain Smiley? I love the concept.

Hi Daphne- Oh no! Sorry to hear it, but I know how tempting they can be for our four-footed friends; I often catch my dogs eyeing my Smiley.

Will you be at Articulate Live ’09?

If not, drop me a line and I may be able to replace your Smiley if you’re willing to take a picture with him somewhere interesting in Canada for us. :)
