Building Better Training: Allianz Case Study

“My training has gone from boring PowerPoint to interactive elearning modules.”
- Rochelle Wehmhoff, Sr. Curriculum Developer

You may recall our friends at Allianz who formed a circle of love around the Engage logo back in August (“Articulate is the Center of Our Training World”). I suggested at the time that perhaps they’d create “an Articulate-powered testimonial” for us. Guess what? They did.

You’ll also hear Rochelle say the following:

“Some customers are so impressed, they don’t want classroom training anymore; they want elearning. Thanks, Articulate, for helping me to build better training!”

And thank you, Rochelle and the rest of the team at Allianz, for sharing your Articulate experience!

Wouldn’t it be a better idea to let people download the videos you want them to see? It will save us from watching it download in bits and pieces.

Are the videos not playing well for you? We didn’t create this case study – our customer did – but the video playback works OK for me.

Besides, the videos by themselves wouldn’t make as much sense outside the context of this case study. :)

How is Allianz tracking the results?

I was the developer of the module. I have 2 answers since I am not sure what type of tracking you mean.
1) Customer Satisfaction Statements. When we receive a request from a customer to build a training module, we ask them to complete a survey when it has been launched and completed by their learners. This is how we track overall results & effectiveness. (we are currently at 100% satisfied for 2007 with 77% of that very satisfied)
2) If you mean Quiz & completion results, we use the LMS tracking for that (Syntrio).
I hope that answers your question.
