20 E-learning Tips to Transition Your Courses from Zero to Hero

VERY new to Articulate and not an IT person I am trying to add a Macromedia Flash into my presention. It is an interactive tool. The current extention is .exe. How should I attach or save it so that it attaches and is functional?
Hi – you have a few options for inserting Flash movies into your course. For ActionScript v2 movies: http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter09/?p=24 the process is just like inserting any other type of media. But you mentioned attaching an .exe file to the project. Exe files can’t be inserted, but they can be linked to from the presentation. It might be best to .zip the file to prevent browser security settings from blocking the file. You can add the file in the course Attachments folder: http://community.articulate.com/tutorials/products/adding-attachments-to-your-player.aspx or use a hyperlink to point to the specific file.
