Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Nope. Articulate Online plans are month-to-month plans. So you can cancel at any time. If you choose to cancel your account, you will never be charged again. Of course, you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds cannot be issued for payments already made and we don't provide partial term refunds.
I’d prefer an annual plan. Can you help me there?
Sure thing. Since some customers prefer to pay for a year in advance, we have annual purchasing available as well. In fact, we throw in a free month of service just for your confidence. So you'll actually get 13 months for the price of 12. Pretty cool, eh? Just click the Sign-Up button and you'll be provided with the choice for the annual plan.
What types of payment do you accept?
Since monthly plans are charged via recurring billing, only credit card payments are accepted for monthly plans. However, qualified customers can arrange for payment of an annual plan by purchase order, company check or bank wire. Contact us for the details.
